Our company was born through a market study of our products, in the province of El Oro, where it is evident that the local cocoa with fine aroma is mixed with the conventional one by the large producers and exporters of Ecuador, disregarding the price fairness and the social impact that they preach so much.
In COCOABEANS we are a company, registered in the Super Intendence of Companies as a "B.I.C" company, which means -BENEFIT AND COLLECTIVE INTEREST- this allows the Ecuadorian State to regulate and supervise us on the social impacts that we are obliged to carry out by law.
Mission
To recover the vision of the world on the fine aroma cocoa of the Coastal region in Ecuador, focusing on the social impact, thus regularized by Ecuadorian law to be evaluated and audited annually.

Together with the Technical University of Machala (capital of the province of El Oro), and the Prefecture of El Oro, we promote our small producers in the region, so that genetic diversity is maintained, cultivated and marketed, seeking the best flavors of the chocolate worldwide.
The Technical University of Machala is affiliated with the organization CacaoNet, which aims to optimize the conservation and use of cocoa genetic resources, as the basis of a sustainable cocoa economy (from farmers to consumers, including research), by coordinating and strengthening the related conservation and research efforts of a global network of public and private sector stakeholders...
